School Governing Body - Organisation

The governing body usually meets formally once each term but will meet more frequently if the need arises.  Most of the detailed work of the governing body takes place in committees each of which has its own constitution and terms of reference.

Matters arising from procedures dealing with personnel matters, general complaints, curriculum complaints and the school’s charging policy

Appeals

As required

Appeals arising from procedures dealing with personnel matters.

Headteacher Appraisal

As required

Performance appraisal of the headteacher
